Rob Fetzer is a graduate of the University of Utah with a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Arts in Finance with a Minor in Spanish.
Rob joined PEG Development in 2003 as a financial analyst. He later became a partner in PEG Development, Spire Realty Group and VERTEX Property Management, Inc. Currently, his the Chief Operating Officer of Property Enhancement Group (PEG Development), and Spire Realty Group and is the CEO of VERTEX Property Management, Inc. In addition to operations, Rob is involved with the company asset portfolio management, initial project selection and structuring, project manager assignments, oversight of all development projects and direct ongoing project management for several projects. Prior to joining PEG and VERTEX, Rob worked in office leasing, real estate sales, development and bond structuring. With a background in finance and leasing within the commercial real estate markets, he understands the full development process and what it takes to make a project successful. His experience includes covering the full scope of the development process with oversight in entitlements, design, project management and construction administration. This background brings valuable owner insight to the daily property management functions that VERTEX provides its clients.
Rob has provided the direct project management and property management of most PEG Development’s multifamily and all of PEG office / medical office projects. This has included construction, lease-up, marketing and monthly property management.
Additionally, Rob has served as a consultant and guest speaker for cities and other groups, including financial analysis for historic landmarks economic review panels. Rob also sits on the Board of Directors for the Mountainland Foundation.
